View Holds on Your Account

View Holds on Your Account

Want to see what items are pending or haven’t cleared? To View Holds on Your Accounts with NetTeller, follow these steps:

  • Log into NetTeller
  • Click on My NetTeller under the NetTeller tab
  • Scroll down to My Accounts in the middle column
  • If you have accounts listed there
    • Click on Hold to the right of the account you wish to view
  • If you have no accounts listed there
    • To the right of the My Accounts Tab click on the yellow gear (configure accounts)
    • Click on All, or + (add) to select the accounts you wish to add
    • Click Save
    • To see the holds, click on Hold to the right of the account and view holds.

Note: At this time you cannot view the holds on the mobile app.

With eAlerts, you can be in control of your account. You can see the alerts you want to see when you want to see them. Have your alerts delivered by email, text message or both.

You can set up alerts that tell you if you have insufficient funds, if you have received a Direct Deposit, if there has been a large withdrawal, if you have a loan payment due, if your mailing address has been changed, and many, many more.

How do you setup eAlerts?

  • Log into NetTeller
  • Click on the  “Other Services” tab
  • Read agreement and click, “I agree”
  • Click “add eAlert” icon to setup your first eAlert
